A project's tasks are shown as cards in columns by state: Backlog, Ready, In Progress, Blocked, In Review and Done. Moving a card from Backlog to Ready is how you tell an agent to start. Agents move cards the same way people do, and the activity on each card records what the owner did.
A task that promised deliverables cannot be marked done until they exist as files the platform can see. A blocked card says what it is waiting for. The same tasks can be shown as a sortable list.
